“We are a private, independent school for student athletes and have been using 1CS and their managed IT services since October of 2019. They have always responded promptly and knowledgably via email and telephone. Their technicians do come on-site when needed. They have expertise in many areas and can install and support many types of IT equipment; from telephones to internet (fibre and wireless) and they also provide remote monitoring and cloud backups. They have always tackled whatever we’ve needed in a professional manner. I don’t think we could have managed without them when we moved to a new location with 3 new buildings, where there was no internet available. They got everything installed and up and running ahead of schedule.”
