My logistics company has been using 1CS as our IT Provider since 2021. They provide us with Microsoft 365 licencing including Exchange email accounts, backups for Exchange data and oversee the management of our Microsoft 365 administration portal including the creation and termination of users, troubleshooting Exchange/Outlook related issues and providing general IT support to me and my staff. Given my office’s usage of Microsoft 365, it was important to choose an IT Provider who is well versed in Microsoft 365 management.
