Disappointing. Called to get a quote to install software and training for my company. Was promised a call from a technician or Blake, nothing after week. Called again and was told I was now given a scheduled time, again, never got the call; wasted my whole day. Followed up a third time, and was told they will be in touch. Nothing. Not reliable and cannot be depended upon. They may be competent but I will never know since they don't give me the courtesy or time.
Our company recently worked with 1CS, specifically Blake Fick, on a significant email migration project for all of our users. From our first conversation, Blake showed incredible patience and generosity of knowledge in assessing our needs and planning the migration project. He was always eager and willing to answer all of our questions and he ultimately oversaw the migration of all of our users to M365. Every set-up was unique and required manual, customized attention. I was beyond impressed with Blake’s expertise in the face of many challenges. He was always willing to slow down to explain what he was doing and is excellent at communicating complex IT processes in an accessible way. I would highly recommend 1CS and look forward to continued work with them in the future!

We have been utilizing 1CS since 2018. They provide us with a responsive IT help desk and other things like VoIP phone service, anti-virus, Microsoft 365 licencing and backups. When we moved offices, 1CS was there to setup computers and troubleshoot issues. I find 1CS’s outsource model is a better option than hiring IT staff or getting non-expert employees to struggle through consistent or complex IT matters. I consider 1CS to be my IT Partner and gladly put all matters relating to information technology through them.

I had to get my laptop serviced and Gus took the call. He is very good and knows his stuff. He provided a strong knowledge of the laptop I currently have, and knew exactly what the problem was, as well as how how to fix the issue. The rates are very reasonable and the service is fast. my relationship with 1CS– computer repair started when I was looking for assistance for someone to assist me with my computer repairs. When I first called them they were very friendly and accessible. They answered all my questions and were patient with my level of knowledge.They sent out a technician quickly and Goku came to my home. Goku called me to let me know when he was 10 minutes from my home. He was very friendly and was able to repair my computer and Google Next issues.I hope I don't have very many technical issues in the future but I'm glad I know I have someone to contact if problems arise.Thanks for all your help
I needed a gaming desktop upgraded with a new Video Card and SSD (supplied by me), 1CS responded in a timely manner and had quick convenient availability, Goku was on time, professional and completed the work in the timeframe expected. I had a great experience with 1CS. Goku addressed all of my concerns and worked quickly without taking up extra time. He fixed additional problems that were not initially listed and saved me hundreds of dollars while also educating me about my laptop storage and how to maintain it so that I could fix small problems myself in the future. He is very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this service to others and will use them again for future problems.
I had lost a few screws in my laptop causing the hinge to detach and the fan was super noisy. I contacted 1CS and they were able to send someone out to my home in order to fix my laptop. 10/10 would use their service again.
Very professional and very honest service from both people I spoke with. Good communication, straightforward about what they can and cannot do, and they clearly value their repeat customers, as they would not charge me a cent until they were sure I would get my money's worth.In particular, Goku (awesome name!) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional when it came to my repair inquiry. These guys are a bit pricier, but their level of service is on another level.
ICS attended promptly and did a great job on short notice setting up our home office, right before we shut down for COVID. I was very grateful for their prompt and professional service. The fee was more than fair and very competitive.
