Contact Methods
Thank you for visiting the 1CS website. You can contact 1CS by completing the contact form to the left, by emailing or calling us using the below contact information. Existing clients in need of support should create a support ticket.
Contact Hours
You can contact 1CS 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
IT Service Hours
1CS’s normal IT service availability, excluding statutory holidays, is:

  • Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 9:00pm
  • Saturday – 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Sunday – By pre-arranged appointment
Answering Service
From time to time, 1CS forwards it’s calls to an answering service. Someone from the answering service will ask you a series of short questions and you may provide short answers. The questions are designed by 1CS to expedite and prioritize support inquiries and requests. Your answers will be recorded and sent to us immediately. We will respond as soon as possible.
