From time to time, 1CS forwards it’s calls to an answering service. Someone form the answering service will ask you a series of short questions and you can provide short answers. The questions are designed by 1CS to expedite and prioritize support inquiries and requests. Your answers will be recorded and sent to us immediately. We will respond as soon as possible.
You can contact 1CS 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our normal working hours, excluding statutory holidays, are Monday to Sunday, from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
