RECURRING CHARGES

Monthly fee: $500 (or increments of $500). Time will be counted, converted to dollars at preferred rates and applied every month against the prepaid amount, according to the below rate card.

PREPAID AMOUNT USED UP:

In any particular month, if the prepaid amount has been depleted, time which exceeds the prepaid amount will be billed according to the below rate card. All rates are hourly.

WHO IS THIS PLAN SUITABLE FOR?

The prepaid support plan is designed for small and medium sized businesses who require ongoing end-user support for their staff combined with infrastructure related support for their office. It aims to satisfy SMB’s who want their requests responded to quickly for a reasonable price with little comittment.

The plan permits unused prepaid amounts to be carried forward for 2 months to accomodate SMB’s whose support needs are more sporadic. It also allows managers to scale up the plan during busy times by adding additional prepaid increments and then scale back down when necessary. Monthly payments provide businesses with some level of budget consistency but is subject to overages.

VALUE PROPOSITION

A $500/month prepaid support plan will provide between $578 and $687 worth of support services on a monthly basis during regular business hours, depending on how much support is provided via remote control versus how much support is provided onsite at your office. If the support plan is being utilized, the above figures represent a savings of 14% to 27% per month. Over time, the savings adds up. During one year, the prepaid plan without overages would cost $6,000 but be entitled to receive between $6,840 and $7,620 worth of support services. Under this scenario, your business would save between $840 and $1,620 over the course of the year. Based on our experience, the average business who utilizes the support services under the prepaid plan would save about $1,200 per year. Over 5 years that is a $6,000 savings, which pays for an entire year of this prepaid support plan.

IF COMBINED WITH AN MIT PLAN

If SMB’s combine the prepaid plan with a Managed IT Service plan, a $500/month prepaid support plan will provide between $632 and $750 worth of support services on a monthly basis during regular business hours, depending on how much support is provided via remote control versus how much support is provided onsite at your office. If the support plan is being utilized, the above figures represent a savings of 21% to 33% per month. Over time, the savings adds up. During one year, the prepaid plan without overages would cost $6,000 but be entitled to receive between $7,260 and $8,000 worth of support services. Under this scenario, your business would save between $1,260 and $2,000 over the course of the year. Based on our experience, the average business who utilizes the support services under the prepaid plan would save about $1,500 per year. Over 4 years that is a $6,000 savings, which pays for an entire year of this prepaid support plan.

WHO IS THIS PLAN SUITABLE FOR?

The user support plan is designed for small and medium sized businesses who require ongoing end-user support for their staff and some level of protection for each users workstation but who do not require ongoing infrastructure related support for their office. It aims to satisfy SMB’s who want their employees responded to quickly and their workstations protected with little comittment for a flat monthly fee per user.

VALUE PROPOSITION

Flat monthly payments per user allow businesses to accurately forecast and budget IT expenses into the future. If you don’t want to incur unpredictable user related support costs this plan provides predictability. In addition to predictable monthly payments this plan protects each user by monitoring their workstation and ensuring it runs smoothly, protecting it with anti-virus and a cloud backup of workstation data and system.
