True Management

There’s little need to hire IT staff when you can get your computers, servers and network devices remotely monitored, maintained and managed by 1CS for a low fixed monthly cost. Our software tool communicates status information and statistics to our support team in real-time. We view status information in our RMM dashboard and receive alerts via email notification when a status breaches a per-determined threshold. This information allows us to be proactive by addressing issues before they become failures. It also ensures we can react, pin point issues and provide support based on good information. Without RMM, 1CS is not managing your devices. Support related functions are provided at an additional hourly cost or as part of a support plan.

RMM Reporting

Reporting is an important function of RMM. 1CS’s support team directly reports issues which are at least of high or critical severity. Issues of lesser severity are captured on weekly or monthly reports. You decide whether or not we should address the issue and when. RMM does not include support services necessary to resolve any issue.

Managed Service

RMM includes: (1) monitoring, (2) reporting, (3) proactive maintenance in the form of updates & pataches, (4) busineess class anti-virus anti-malware protection, (5) installation; and (6) troubleshooting of issues which pertain to the basic functionality of the RMM. It does not include support services necessary to resolve any issue, support is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis or through a support plan.
